Who would believe that in the year 2012 one would have to ask if the U.S. Military would fire on American Citizen’s?
The question of troop involvement in a possible upcoming Martial Law scenario that is being predicted is no imaginary possibility – nor is it a ‘conspiracy theory’.
Other tough questions are being discussed such as, “Will the U.S. government confiscate Gold and Silver in an economic collapse?” and “Will there be a round-up of American Citizens to be put into FEMA Camps?”
Many believe that the United Nations will be given authority to step in to keep the peace in any civil unrest or economic collapse. This is a strong possibility.

Many readers will recall the survey given to U.S. Marines at the 29 Palms Marine Corps base in California.
The survey asked the respondents to consider the following statement: “I would fire upon U.S. citizens who refuse or resist confiscation of firearms banned by the United States government.”

The passing of the NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which THEBLAZE covers in an article titled, “Can the ‘Indefinite Detention’ Bill Send Americans to Military Prison Without Trial?” (12-08-11) has caused even the most skeptic to be concerned for their personal safety – especially those fighting for liberty.

Who are these rounds to be used on? Even at 80,000,000 rounds per year, that’s one bullet for every dissenter at a minimum.
The fact that the United Nations is the unelected yet-to-be Global Government should be warning enough that the United States of America is in great peril. The only intelligent thing to do is… PREPARE.
There is also the chance that the powers that be will play out a pandemic type scenario in which the military will receive orders from the top brass to quarantine US citizens.
This scenario may be the most probable – let’s entertain it.
It would likely go something like this:
A loudspeaker (megaphone) attached to a UN (United Nations) van passing through a middle-class neighborhood resinates a pre-recorded message,
“This neighborhood has been declared a pandemic zone… Pandemic level 6 martial law is now in place… Please stay in your homes as a quarantine has been imposed… If you are found in violation of this order you can be fined, imprisoned, or even shot… Food will eventually be dropped at your doorstep” (message repeating)
Essentially at one point people will get hungry and from there chaos will ensue.
Shepard Ambellas host of The Intellihub Radio Show once asked a military caller on air what they would do in a pandemic situation (like the one laid out above).
The caller replied;

It seems that we are too reactionary. The president issued a number of questionable edicts – including ordering a black-out on Radiation News and questions of 9-11 to the Media and shockingly enough – the media followed his ORDERS altho MSNBC did give bits of info about the radiation leaks. The west coast has been poisoned in case no one knows. The serious matter at hand – do the people understand that we, the citizens, employ the government? We are the employers, not the serfs. The corporations and politicians have eliminated the third part of this equation and neither of them would exist without the citizen/consumer. It is time to band together and we must stop the fear – it makes it worse. If you respond to the fear, you open the door to fear. Assume everyone understands what is right and wrong – do not ask if they know. Before the Bushes and Obama, we were reasonably following the law. The politicians have distorted the law and who really believes the official story about 9-11? The Arabs are not the terrorists – the NWO is. There are many Arabs in this country who are much better people than I – how dare these creeps try to destroy our nation’s goodness? They need to be stopped and this will only happen by voting everyone out of office and voting Ron Paul in. Mitt Romney is a NWO jerk. Band together by blocks, make plans make it clear to your present congressional leaders that you demand our rights restored and NDAA to be removed. If everyone sends letters and stops this hideous fear control, we can take back our country without worrying about the military being put in an odd position. Then send letters to the congressmen and the president and demand that the US govt fess up about HAARP and Japan – the nukes set off in Japan – and make right all that has gone wrong. Demand the money be returned to the citizens that was handed out to Goldman Sacks et al through the bailout. Demand the bonus money handed to brokers be returned for that money belongs to the citizens. Demand that the dishonesty we have seen be investigated and the criminals be arrested. Do not be victims – organize and turn it around to the way it is supposed to be. Your idea sounds good but I do not believe writing letters to congress will accomplish anything. Congress has ignored the will of the people and supported the criminal president in most cases and will continue to do so, I believe, because of self preservation. I believe most, but not all, congressmen and women are afraid of Barrack Obama as he has the where-with-all to destroy their lives and lively hood should they oppose he agenda.
Our only hope is that we can convince enough people to cast their votes to remove Obama and company, and even then it will be difficult to get him out of office. He will follow the example of Assaud to hold on to his power. He will not go away peacefully and we must be prepared to become radicals in order to save our country.

You are right as to the American G.I.s outlook. I am a retired USAF MSGT. I was a Russian Linguist in Intell for 20 Years, including two tours in Viet Nam (Da Nang) and ALL , Officers, NCOs and Men take an oath to Protect and Defend the Constitution against all enemies, Foreign and domestic. Not an oath to the president or the U.N. or their individual service but to The Constitution. I believe most GIs, Active, reserve or retired will remember that oath and act accordingly. All i can tell you is that at least a 1/4 will not and go awol at this point. 1/3 will be dead by high powered rifles. Contracts will be givin out quickly for big bucks so many will jump on that chance to make money for a 1000 a day. once order is in they will do sweeps for the lose crawlers. That is what I think would happen, could be completly wrong. But I think their biggest fear is that if you burned down a city and it got out of control and hundreds and hundreds of fires all over the country were going off at same time, it would have a chain reaction where everything would be burning down. another thing is there is no way they could have enough food to get to every home in the whole united states. use common sense. there would not be enough military to battle the americans, unless they are looking for mass death to depopulize people or something and at the end of it in their new world order would be to take weapons away from all the people but again this world is too big. I dont know it would be a real big mess. Just dont start a firefight at your address because they will send backup and raid you or that address, so you have to be mobile and avoid confrontation.

The survey does exist and was passed out to a few hundred Marines in 29 Palms, California, in 1995, but not by the Pentagon. According to an article in NEW AMERICAN magazine in October of 1995 by John F. McManus, the survey was part of an academic project on the part of a Navy Lieutenant Commander Ernest Guy Cunningham who was earning his Masters Degree from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. The survey alarmed some of the Marines and copies soon started being circulated among gun rights supporters. Lt. Cmdr. Cunningham told McManus that he was a member of the National Rifle Association himself and didn’t agree with the tone of the questions. He said the survey was intended to confirm and then pass on to higher authorities his fears about “the lack of knowledge among the soldiers about the U.S. Constitution, the Declaration of Independence, and their heritage as Americans.”

I spent 22 years in the U.S. military and you are an uninformed, unappreciative, undeserving, ungrateful and ignorant moron.
In 1995 while I was teaching at the Gunnery Dept I had a class of young LT’s that had just graduated and they were discussing a question that was on their end of cycle critque which was almost identical to the question ask of the Marines describe in the article above. “Would you order your men to fire on American citizens”.
I over heard their discussion and became involved with educating them on the Posse Commitatus Act. As I explained this to these young LT’s they ask questions and I answered them always going back to their oath to defend the Constitution and the Posse Commitatus Act which prohibits the use of military against American citizens.
During that same time frame we started changing the way soldiers are taught. Prior to the mid 1990′s the Army always taught soldiers “what to think” but during this time the leadership within the artillery began to push the concept of teaching soldiers “how to think”. It was an entirely new teaching strategy and required different techniques to accomplish.
Our soldiers started becoming much better at deductive reasoning and problem solving. The became independent warriors that when given a task or mission could assess, plan and decide based on their own analysis of the situation that developed on site what decision should be made.
This ability to think for themselves was transfered through many leaders throughout our military and that is why the people behind the new world order plan that are pulling the strings of some of our senior military leaders today has recognized they made a mistake allowing the Artillery Commander to implement this technique of “critical thinking” policy of learning and are quickly trying to retire and push these leaders out of the military. But many of these leaders have passed that teaching style on to their junior leaders and it will take several years to overcome it.
This then creates the window of opportunity to educate America’s sleeping majority to the globalist threat facing them and expel the globalist supporting shills from elected officials.
We can accomplish this task and in truth we must for the sake of our children,freedom, our Constitution, America and in truth “the world”.

As a Viet Nam Vet I am going to ask every Military person I meet in the streets if they have been asked to fire on Civilians if asked to do so just like the Sgt. who tweeted and said he wouldn’t. Yes they will. when I was in the National Guard (the national guard are the combat arms for the U.S. military) I went to Infantry school. While there, I specifically asked a number of soldiers if they would shoot American’s. I was told by each soldier that they would. One summer I did training at the National Guard base at Marseilles Illinois. On a Sunday we were awaken at about 4:30 am to do a mission. We were to ambush an encampment. We went to the site by 6am and commenced attacking the encampment. I was carrying an M-203, we had M-16, M-60′s and Saws. We were shooting up the encampment and I put my weapon on a figure that was about 10 feet from me. When it started turning light I noticed that I had my weapon on a 7 year old boy. I looked around and saw a flag that had a picture of a bear, and another flag that had a picture of a wolf. I saw a bunch of kids running around with uniforms on. It was then I realized that we had ambushed a boy scout camp. I looked at the boy that i had my weapon on, and he was so scared that he urinated on himself. That is when I realized that our patriotism is nothing but a myth, and that we were being trained to kill American’s also. I have been trained with flash bang grenades, and to pull people out of their homes.

1. We will NOT obey orders to disarm the American people.
2. We will NOT obey orders to conduct warrantless searches of the American people
3. We will NOT obey orders to detain American citizens as “unlawful enemy combatants” or to subject them to military tribunal.
4. We will NOT obey orders to impose martial law or a “state of emergency” on a state.
5. We will NOT obey orders to invade and subjugate any state that asserts its sovereignty.
6. We will NOT obey any order to blockade American cities, thus turning them into giant concentration camps.
7. We will NOT obey any order to force American citizens into any form of detention camps under any pretext.
8. We will NOT obey orders to assist or support the use of any foreign troops on U.S. soil against the American people to “keep the peace” or to “maintain control.”
9. We will NOT obey any orders to confiscate the property of the American people, including food and other essential supplies.
10.We will NOT obey any orders which infringe on the right of the people to free speech, to peaceably assemble, and to petition their government for a redress of grievances.
As ex military I can say that I served with certain people who would fire on US citizens. Some were “ex gang bangers” some held strong racial views in support of certain races and strongly against others. There were strong supporters of the Federal gov’t with very little understanding of the Constitution and the original role of the Fed and the Military. I for one hope for a return to the no standing Military with one exception the Special Operations units for rapid threat response to enemies foreign. There would be a mandatory reserve in the form of State Nat’l guard units under the control of the States. The pres and congress would have to get approval of the States to call up a military force. I would pull the US out of the UN and give it 30 days to clear out of US soil. There would be Firing ranges in every community and marksmanship would be taught in schools. Our borders would be sealed. Gang affiliation would be a capitol offense as would drug dealing/smuggling. The Federal Gov’t would be reduced to a minimum size with the Citizens having the greatest power followed by the State and the Fed least of all. Tyranny would be difficult if we returned to the vision of the founding fathers.

real simple, welcome to the end times. This is NOT a scare tactic, but rather a way of saying that God will take care of His people and for those that accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior.
What is going on is nothing more than what has been prophesied years ago, it is just that now, the pieces of the puzzle are coming together and the picture is becoming clearer.
Will we all die? yes, someday. Some peaceably, some not. What matters is what happens after your physical death, do you choose eternal hell ? Then just continue on in the ways of the world. Do you choose eternal life after death ? Then in honesty, accept Jesus christ as your Lord and Savior.
Too simple, say and mean from within, “Lord Jesus, I believe in You, your death upon the cross to save me, forgive me of my sins, and come into my life and make an everlasting change, send your Holy Spirit upon me to give me peace and guide me in Your ways. I thank You Lord Jesus, and in your name I pray, amen !”

Most of the military are Republican gun toters. Liberals are afraid of guns and hire others to wheel them. It is hard to believe that our own military could be asked to approach, unarm, incapacitate, and incarcerate their fellow Americans regardless of reason…yet we saw this from our own local police in Katrina.
So, in view of that, let us say this scenario is played out across America. I really do not think the Southern states would go down easily. Too many woodsmen, hunters, rednecks, survivalists are preparing. It would be an all out war, very bloody and even those unprepared…would rather see their family dead then live under tyranny as is described. There are too many baby-boomers that remember after the War, the patriotic fevor during and after the war. If this goes down it will be AFTER WE are dead when no one remembers what WWI and II were about. If you want to do something, you baby-boomers teach your kids about the World Wars and what they were about.
The baby-boomers are already arming up. Already have guns and already have figured out what and where they will make their stand. This is why Americans have lasted so long. “Give me Liberty or Give me Death.” You concrete babies better get out of your ivory towers, arm up and buy a black dog for sentry. People laugh at us but they will be crying with us when it all starts….if it starts. Always be ready. Never believe the politicians for they are purchased. Most of all, make friends with your local National Guard. JOIN your National Guard. United they conquer, divided they fall.
ALL of the people administering the 3 branches of our “Constitutionally based Republic” both Federal & State, HAVE failed miserably to protect We, The People from, or ARE actively engaged in, the willful & deliberate subversion & overthrow of our “Constitutionally based Republic”

As individuals the UN, our military or local law enforcement will overrun you one at a time. How many of you have backup/support from neighbors or club ? Unite or all the talk in the world is not going to save us.
How many of you are from SC, or NC or Texas
I imagine there are enough Muslims and blacks and other like minded persons enlisted in our military who would not hesitate to fire upon anyone their Commander In Chief comanded them to! I would also imagine that a lot of our troops would face prison and or even dishonorable discharge instead of acting upon such an order.
I would also imagine that the majority of military would know an unlawful order when given. And I would imagine those who see through the rougue, would point their weapons at those Muslims and others you speak of. After all, they are our sons and daughters, neices, nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Brothers and Sisters!I do not worry about the military, but Federal law enforcement is another issue. ATF and Marshals have often shown disregaurd for our lives. Add to that IRS, Homeland Security, and police forces run by the likes of Bloomberg and we have a problem, but not an overwhelming one. Many would run when the shooting starts.
I don’t know about today’s military, it is significantly different than it was when I was in. Back in my day, a significant majority would turn their weapons on the government! I supposed today, it will be left up to us old farts to clean/oil our weapons and purchase ammo and follow the oath we took to defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. That oath had no expiration date. We know the POTUS is an enemy of the Constitution. I guess the confusing factor is whether he’s “foreign or domestic”. I say it doesn’t matter. Either way, he should never have been given the codes and keys to our country.
OK. Here is the evidence. It has come out from secret places and out of the realm of conspiracy. It is just facts. Submitted for your consideration.
The questions that have not been asked nor answered are legion and deal with why Secretary of State Clinton has been moving to place US Troops and assets under control of the UN. Under what authority? Why? What National Interest is being met? How do these unilateral actions protect America and her People?
I DON’T SEE IT HAPPENING. THE MILITARY WILL RECOGNIZE SUCH AN ORDER AS ILLEGAL & ARREST THE ONE WHO ISSUED IT. UNLAWFUL ORDERS ARE CLEARLY DEFINED NOT ONLY BY THE U.C.M.J. (UNIFORM CODE OF MILITARY JUSTICE), BUT ALSO BY THE GENEVA & HAGUE CONVENTIONS OF 1949. I’VE HEARD RUMORS THAT ALL PLATOON SERGEANTS HAVE STANDING PLANS FOR WHAT TO DO IF THE GOVERNMENT GOES ROGUE ON US & IT DOES NOT BODE WELL FOR THE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS ISSUING UNLAWFUL ORDERS TO OUR TROOPS. You are wrong sir, I just witness a re administering of the oath and it doesn’t mention the President. You are a wacked out conspirator. Spending too much time in your patch. The military will be on our side. Frenchie is right and well informed as am I. Those politicians and burecrats will find being surrounded by a bunch of pissed off soldiers quite uncomfortable.
Actually, there are two different oaths. There is the Oath of Office – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_Uniformed_Services_Oath_of_Office – taken by US military officers upon receiving their commission, mentions taking an oath ONLY to the Constitution. The Oath of Enlistment, on the other hand – http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oath_of_enlistment – compels enlisted men to “…support and defend the Constitution…” and “…obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice.” Note, though, that it DOES specify that orders are to be obeyed “according to regulations and the U.C.M.J.” This means that ALL members of our military are essentially REQUIRED to DISOBEY all orders that go against regulations and the UCMJ.
Any member of the US military who would fire upon American citizens deserve themselves to be shot. I’ll gladly oblige in culling such riff-raff from an otherwise respectable entity.
Armed American citizens outnumber ALL of the armies of the world, combined.

If you think they won’t see the clip of the LA National Guard Troops in New Orleans sweeping up the private guns. When asked a memebr of the NG said he would if they resisted. That’s a person from LA talking abour shooting a fellow Louisianian, now think about someone from the north or west and they are told these are not regular citizens but terrorists or rebels.That’s why they need so muuch ammo the resister would have double digets holes in them.
But what if obama raises his two million man civialian defense force from the inner cities while under martial law, the grid has been blown, and a bio attack is spreading – will THAT army obey obama or the constitution? I feel the time to act is getting shorter. IF all concerned Americans came together and went to Washington and told all of the People in power that they wanted Obama vetted they would have to act……Like the Tea party got noticed and reported on by the Media. Refuse to leave unless action is taken…….if we don’t act soon it will be too late. When all of the candidates start holding meetings for re-election go and demand they do something. Just talking among ourselves won’t get us anyplace. Do not give any candidate any money for re- election without their promise to check out Obama.
My sister serves and said she will fire on American Citizens as she took an oath to the President, I told her she does NOT deserve the Uniform. My son serves and he said He and His buddies will NOT fire on an American Citizen and they in fact would lead the fight against any foreign army and the President if necessary.Good Man/Men. Good thing I know how to shoot and my sister lives in a different town, my Son live here. He also knows the difference between a good order and a bad one. My own son said the same thing as your sister. I’ve argued with him about this, but he has been brainwashed like the rest. He believes all military will turn against the citizens. He says the government will have planes(bombs)and military equipment(tanks, etc.)that the citizens won’t be able to defend themselves against. He actually thinks Obummer has been vetted. He won’t believe anything else. He’s a government puppet. I love him, but I am ashamed of what the military has done to him.
The appearance and belief by the majority of the people that their government is bankrupt
can make it possible to transform the government to what ever form those in power at the
time would have it…’ a Dictatorship, an Imperial Presidency, Government socialism, Corporate
socialism, National socialism, Corporate fascism, Soviet communism’…or maybe some other
older term such as simply a Plutocracy.
The simple truth that has been kept from ‘the people’ is simply that no legitimate government
can possibly go bankrupt……….because all legitimate governments have not only the authority,
but the ‘duty and obligation’ to create the necessary medium of economic exchange(money/
currency) with which is used by the people to engage in necessary economic activity.
The idea and concept of governments ‘borrowing money’ from private central bankers has been
to date the most successful means to the end of ending any form of political/economic participation
by the ordinary citizenry in their own freedom of economic ownership and self-determination.
It is a methodology of simply reducing everybody other than a small ruling class and their
administrators into modern day labor serfs under a modern day serfdom system of ‘dependency’
within what they refer to as a long planned New World Order.
The seeds for the above concept were probably sown with the creation of the British East India
stock company on December 31, 1600(Pennsylvania Ave) followed by the creation of the stock
owned Central Bank of England in 1694 shortly after the English revolution of 1688.
